BROKEN CHAINS & PLAN ISSUES

1 · High

{"id": 1, "severity": "HIGH", "title": "GENSET fire-pump row references nonexistent note 2", "evidence": "GENSET circuits 1/3/5 print NOTE 2, but the GENSET block contains only note 1.", "status": "BROKEN_REFERENCE"}

2 · Medium

{"id": 2, "severity": "MEDIUM", "title": "Panel index is incomplete", "evidence": "Local index lists only L1.E, MDP, PP and SP; EP and GENSET PANEL (BUILT-IN), both scheduled on this sheet, are omitted. Other MDP-fed floor panels are also absent.", "status": "INCOMPLETE_INDEX"}

3 · Medium

{"id": 3, "severity": "MEDIUM", "title": "L2.A and L2.B are labeled 3RD FLOOR", "evidence": "MDP circuits 37-47 print PANEL L2.A and PANEL L2.B with note (3RD FLOOR), inconsistent with their L2 naming and the separate L3.A/L3.B third-floor feeders.", "status": "PRINTED_CONFLICT"}

4 · High

{"id": 4, "severity": "HIGH", "title": "MDP elevator feeder-calculation row is internally inconsistent", "evidence": "Row 5.2 says one 30HP elevator at 26.4 kVA @100% but prints 52.8 kVA connected and sizing load; 52.8 corresponds to two such loads.", "status": "CALCULATION_AMBIGUITY"}

5 · Medium

{"id": 5, "severity": "MEDIUM", "title": "DOAS load-code classification differs", "evidence": "DOAS-1 is coded LGR on circuits 44/46/48 while otherwise-identical DOAS-2 is coded AC on circuits 50/52/54; each prints 15,011 VA/phase, 150/3 breaker and 2/0 wire.", "status": "CLASSIFICATION_CONFLICT"}

6 · High

{"id": 6, "severity": "HIGH", "title": "DOAS coordination conflict remains open", "evidence": "E6.2 confirms 150A/3P, 2/0 feeders; earlier E1.0A/E3.5 reconciliation records a 175A basis and DOAS-2 voltage drop of 3.26%, above the stated 3% limit, while M1.2 lists 150A maximum fuse.", "status": "CROSS_SHEET_CONFLICT"}

7 · Medium

{"id": 7, "severity": "MEDIUM", "title": "PP does not preserve optional/future qualifiers", "evidence": "E3.0 food-service evidence identified optional/future basis for items including 20, 25 and 29; PP schedules them as ordinary active circuit loads without those qualifiers.", "status": "SCOPE_AMBIGUITY"}

8 · Medium

{"id": 8, "severity": "MEDIUM", "title": "Food-service items 35, 36 and 37 have no PP row", "evidence": "They appear in prior E3.0 dry schedule evidence but are absent from all PP circuit descriptions.", "status": "CROSS_SHEET_OMISSION"}

9 · Low

{"id": 9, "severity": "LOW", "title": "L1.E EUH tag is not uniquely numbered", "evidence": "Circuits 26/28 print only EUH; prior first-floor/mechanical evidence includes more than one EUH designation, so equipment identity cannot be certified from E6.2 alone.", "status": "AMBIGUOUS_TAG"}

10 · High

{"id": 10, "severity": "HIGH", "title": "Fault-current basis remains field-dependent", "evidence": "General note 2 requires final current values from the utility; scheduled AIC values of 10, 30, 42 and 65 kA are not a substitute for the final verified available-fault-current calculation.", "status": "OPEN_COORDINATION"}

11 · Medium

{"id": 11, "severity": "MEDIUM", "title": "Emergency source path lacks an ATS identifier", "evidence": "EP header says MDP/GENSET VIA ATS, but no ATS tag or rating is printed in the panel schedule block.", "status": "AMBIGUOUS_REFERENCE"}

12 · Low

{"id": 12, "severity": "LOW", "title": "PP equipment basis requires supplier verification", "evidence": "PP note 1 directs field verification of breaker and cable sizes with the kitchen supplier; schedule values are not released fabrication values.", "status": "VERIFY"}

13 · Low

{"id": 13, "severity": "LOW", "title": "SP branch scope is not installed by this permit", "evidence": "SP note 3 states breakers and branch circuits are installed under the pool permit; only panel and ground are covered here.", "status": "PERMIT_SCOPE"}
