TAKEOFF / ACTUAL PLAN COUNTS
Select a type to isolate its numbered source marks.
IMPORTANT HVAC / ELECTRICAL NOTES
QUANTITIES / DIMENSIONS
Select a row to show its exact source basis.
ASSEMBLIES / ACCESSORIES
Exterior lighting
Sixteen pole assemblies / bases carry 23 heads; 18 R02 downlights bring the sheet total to 41 luminaire heads. E5.1 reconciles the 23 pole heads.
Site equipment
One pad transformer, one 163 kVA gas genset, one WP main-sign disconnect and two optional WP flagpole J-boxes are source-marked.
Details and accessories
Contactor/control and pole-base detail attributes are preserved as N.T.S. evidence; bends in drawn lines are not counted as fittings.
NOTES / REFERENCES
1. FOR PARKING LOT LIGHTING CONTROL DIAGRAM SEE #2, E5.0
2. PROVIDE METER AND CT’S PER UTILITY CO. SPECIFICATIONS.
3. INSTALL PAD MOUNTED TRANSFORMER PER UTILITY CO. SPECIFICATIONS. COORDINATE ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS WITH LOCAL UTILITY CO.
4. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING ALL UTILITY SERVICES TO THE BUILDING WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE PROVIDERS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL NOT RESULT IN ANY EXTRA FINANCIAL COMPENSATION FROM THE OWNER. CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE ALL UTILITY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS IN THE BASE BID.
5. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACK FILLING, TRENCHING AND SITE RESTORATION, THE SELECT BACKFILL MATERIAL MUST NOT CONTAIN ANY SHARP OR FOREIGN OBJECTS.
6. THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AS NECESSARY ALL UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS WITH OTHER TRADES PRIOR TO DIGGING BEING DONE.
7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE IN THE BID ALL ELECTRIC UTILITY FEES TO PROVIDE ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO THE PROJECT.
8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE BEST LOCATION /ROUTING FOR ALL UNDERGROUND CONDUITS /CABLES PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
1. DISCONNECT FOR MAIN SIGN. VERIFY LOCATION WITH ARCHITECTURAL PLAN PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
2. J.BOX FOR DUAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGERS. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LOCATION WITH THE CIVIL ENGINEERING/ OWNER PRIOR INSTALL 1-1/2” CONDUIT FOR THE FUTURE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGERS. THOSE CONDUITS HAVE TO FINISH INTO AN ENCLOSURE, JUNCTION BOX ETC. VERIFY WITH THE OWNER WHETHER IF THE INSTALLATION AND FURNISHING OF EV CHARGING STATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
3. J.BOX FOR OPTIONAL FLAGPOLE WITH IN-GROUND UPLIGHT. VERIFY LOCATION PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
4. FOR CONTINUATION BY UTILITY. VERIFY LOCATION PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
5. PROVIDE (2) 4” SCHEDULE 40 PVC CONDUIT WITH PULL ROPE FOR TELEPHONE SERVICE. ROUTE AT 36” MINIMUM BELOW GRADE AND STUB UP IN TV/VIDEO ROOM.
6. PROVIDE (2) 4” SCHEDULE 40 PVC CONDUIT WITH PULL ROPE FOR CABLE TV SERVICE. ROUTE AT 36” MINIMUM BELOW GRADE AND STUB UP IN TV/VIDEO ROOM.
1. Provide an emergency shut-off button must be highly visible in the area and installed at 48”/1.2 m maximum above finished floor to the top of the highest operable feature. The shut-off button must be wall-mounted with the housing and wiring fully concealed into the surrounding wall.
2. Provide waterproof power outlets at the Porte-Cochere, the grill area, patio areas, and around the building perimeter.
3. Provide a minimum of two (2) EV charging stations are required. Note that additional EV charging stations are encouraged.

ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN
BROKEN CHAINS & PLAN ISSUES
E50-01 · Coordination
1 HIGH: Blue markup requires minimum two EV stations, while keynote 2 calls future/dual chargers and says verify furnishing; no keyed-note-2 bubble or EV symbol is plotted.
E50-02 · Coordination
2 HIGH: Emergency shutoff is required but no plotted symbol, location, circuit or equipment association exists.
E50-03 · Coordination
3 HIGH: Waterproof outlets are required at four named area categories but no count/location symbols are supplied; the three WP tags belong to other device types.
E50-04 · Coordination
4 MEDIUM: UNDERGROUND (SEE RISER DIAGRAM) lacks sheet/detail identifier; continuation chain is broken.
E50-05 · Coordination
5 MEDIUM: Telephone and cable-TV stubs each require (2) 4-inch PVC runs to TV/VIDEO ROOM, but paired routing is congested and installed lengths are not derivable.
E50-06 · Coordination
6 MEDIUM: Transformer location and meter/CT scope are utility-coordination items; meter/CT quantities are unplotted.
E50-07 · Coordination
7 MEDIUM: Two future-building continuations have no receiving sheet or endpoint detail.
E50-08 · Coordination
8 MEDIUM: Two optional flagpole J-boxes are plotted, but authorization to install remains unresolved.
E50-09 · Coordination
9 LOW: L1.E-18,20,22,24 differs from nearby L1.B callouts; verify against panel schedule without assuming error.
E50-10 · Coordination
10 LOW: SC1 schedule prints 42326L, same as two-head SB/SB1 despite 168W/triple-head; preserve printed value and verify.
E50-11 · Coordination
11 LOW: Detail legibly prints (4) #7 RE-BARS; unusual designation requires structural verification.
E50-12 · Coordination
12 MEDIUM: Drawing LF is not installed conduit/conductor LF; hidden routes, verticals, slack, make-up and conductor multiplicity remain uncertified.
