ASSEMBLIES / ACCESSORIES

Fourth-floor power

Six unqualified corridor duplex-family occurrences, one half-filled receptacle-family point, one HP point, two panels and two home-run callouts are retained.

Neutral classification

The recurring corridor symbols are not classified as fire/smoke-damper J-boxes. Their subtype/use remains unresolved.

Guestroom scope

Twenty-four room labels are evidence only; no guestroom power devices or typical mapping are shown on E3.3.

NOTES / REFERENCES

1. FOR HOME RUNS (FROM UNITS) 100 FT OR MORE, THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR HAS TO CHECK THE VOLTAGE DROP AND SELECT THE SUITABLE CABLES SIZE TO COMPLY WITH THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED VOLTAGE DROP FOR THE FEEDER CONDUCTOR (3%). THE MAXIMUM COMBINED VOLTAGE DROP ON BOTH INSTALLED FEEDER CONDUCTORS AND BRANCH CIRCUIT CONDUCTORS TO THE FARTHEST CONNECTED LOAD OR OUTLET SHALL NOT EXCEED 5 PERCENT.

2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY WITH THE OWNER/FRANCHISE FOR THE QUANTITIES AND LOCATIONS OF THE LOW VOLTAGE SYSTEM DEVICES (CAMERA, CARD READER, WIRELESS ACCESS POINT, ETC.) AND PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY ACCESSORIES TO COMPLETE THE WIRING, POWER SUPPLY FOR THE DEVICES AS PER THE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS/ INSTALLATION GUIDELINES.

3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LOCATION OF ALL FLOOR OUTLETS WITH FURNITURE/ ARCH. PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.

4. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS MUST VERIFY ALL ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS WITH THE HVAC AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS TO PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY ACCESSORIES TO COMPLETE THE CONTROL WIRING FOR THE MOTORS.

1. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE J-BOXES FOR FIRE SMOKE DAMPERS AT 4TH FLOOR, CONNECT TO L4.A-30, USING 2#12, 1/2"C.

1. THE PANELBOARD SHALL BE LOCKABLE AND ACCESSIBLE TO QUALIFIED PERSONS ONLY. FIELD VERIFICATION OF THE BEST LOCATION OF ELECTRICAL PANELS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. THE LOCATION OF ELECTRICAL PANELS MUST COMPLY WITH 110.26 AND 240.24 OF THE NEC.

BROKEN CHAINS & PLAN ISSUES

E33-01 · Fire/Smoke-Damper Requirement Is Note-Only

The dedicated note requires fourth-floor FSD J-boxes on L4.A-30 using 2#12 in 1/2-inch conduit, but no FSD J-box locations are plotted. The two visible networks are labeled L4.A-26 and L4.A-28 and are not assigned to the FSD note. Installed FSD J-box quantity remains null.

E33-02 · Six Corridor Device Subtypes And Uses Unresolved

The six corridor occurrences are circular duplex/receptacle-family graphics and are counted neutrally. They are not FSD J-boxes and are not associated with the note-only L4.A-30 requirement. Confirm exact receptacle subtype and served use.

E33-03 · No Typical Guestroom Power Reference

The sheet contains 24 guestrooms but plots no guestroom power devices and gives no explicit typical-room sheet/mapping. No typical quantity is inferred; the guestroom power scope is an unresolved cross-sheet chain.

E33-04 · Hp Tag Not Defined Locally

One duplex-family wall occurrence in Elevator Lobby 400 is tagged HP. E3.3 does not expand HP, so equipment/service identity and mounting requirement remain unresolved.

E33-05 · Half-Filled Receptacle Subtype Unlabeled

One half-filled circular receptacle-family symbol is plotted by L4.A and the L4.A-28 home run without a readable GFI/switch/emergency modifier. Counted once but not assigned a subtype.

E33-06 · Installed/Conductor Quantities Unavailable

Only drawn plan curves are measured. Vertical rises, panel routing, hidden routing, conductor allocation, fittings and installed conductor/conduit LF are not shown and remain null.

E33-07 · Panel Locations Are Provisional

Key note 1 requires field verification of panel location and NEC 110.26/240.24 compliance; L4.A and L4.B are plotted once each, but final locations are not certified.

E33-08 · No Independent Scale Dimension

The printed scale is internally checked against PDF/raster resolution, but no legible independent plan dimension chain is available.

E33-09 · Ocr Omission

source-45.txt omits the substantive notes and most plotted callouts. Counts and paths therefore rely on the full-resolution raster and page vector geometry.
