INSTALLED QUANTITIES
NTS detail definitions. Installed quantities remain on the plan sheets; no duplicate LF or equipment added.
PRINTED DIMENSIONS / REQUIREMENTS
W-1: Storm/storm force main/regulated reclaimed water: horizontal 3 FT minimum; crossing 12 IN minimum except storm sewer 6 IN minimum and 12 IN preferred; alternate crossing joint spacing 3 FT minimum.
W-1: Vacuum sanitary sewer: horizontal 10 FT preferred / 3 FT minimum; crossing 12 IN preferred / 6 IN minimum; alternate crossing joint spacing 3 FT minimum.
W-1: Gravity/pressure sanitary sewer, sanitary force main and unregulated reclaimed water: horizontal 10 FT preferred / 6 FT minimum; crossing 12 IN minimum except gravity sewer 6 IN minimum / 12 IN preferred; alternate joint spacing 6 FT minimum.
W-1: On-site sewage treatment/disposal: 10 FT horizontal minimum; crossing and joint-spacing entries are blank/dashes.
W-1: Water crosses above other pipe; when below, 12 IN minimum separation. Gravity-sewer horizontal exception: 3 FT where water-main bottom is at least 6 IN above sewer top. Reclaimed-water categories distinguish Part III of Chapter 62-610. Reference F.A.C. 62-555.314 is printed, not independently verified as current.
W-3: 9 FT minimum each side of crossing centerline; full-length pipe centered. Four bend positions, mechanical joints, size varies; restraints per W-12 and 20 FT minimum each side of existing pipe.
W-3: Existing water main: 6 IN separation. Force main, gas, gravity sewer or storm: 12 IN; gravity/storm may reduce to 6 IN where impractical as stated in detail.
W-3: Cover measured from finished grade: 36 IN minimum paved, 30 IN minimum unpaved.
W-5: Seven bend/plug/offset rows across nine diameters, plus tee and reducer subtables, are transcribed in c17-tables.json. All values are reference restraint lengths, not additional installed pipe.
W-5: Applies to water, sewer force main and reclaimed-water systems; minimum lengths unless otherwise indicated.
W-5: Vertical offsets assume approximately 3 FT cover upper and 8 FT lower, with 45-degree bends; Lu upper and Ll lower.
W-5: Adjacent fittings: use greatest required restraint. Tee run total between first joints or restrained length either side at least 30 FT; branch lengths from table.
W-5: HDPE-to-PVC transition: restrain PVC side 35 FT minimum. Bell harness on DR18/25 PVC follows manufacturer; rods/nuts snug, do not overtighten; pipe home marks remain visible.
W-5: Design assumptions printed: 150 PSI; GM or SM soil; safety factor 1.5; trench type 3; cover 30 IN for 20 IN and smaller, 36 IN for 24 IN and larger.
W-5: Restrain bend inlet/outlet, tees, offset inlet/outlet, caps, plugs, entire hydrant runouts. F.O. means fitting only.
W-5: Fitting restraint calls for EBBA IRON MEGALUG; between-joint restraint EBBA IRON SERIES 1500. General note also says figures based on 30 IN cover; reconcile with size-specific 36 IN table assumption.
W-2: Printed offset dimension is 9 FEET minimum on EACH side of crossing centerline, not 9 inches.
W-2: Water-main cover 30 IN minimum / 36 IN under paving. Existing utility depth varies.
W-2: Four mechanical-joint bend positions define the offset; bend sizes and angles vary. Restrained joints at fittings; full-length pipe centered at crossing.
W-2: 12 IN vertical separation. Restrain pipe each side of bends per W-12; all joints 20 FT minimum each side of existing pipe restrained. Project number of crossings and actual offset depth are not specified.
W-4: When sewer/water crosses with less than 18 IN vertical clearance, encase sewer 5 FT on each side of intersection. Same treatment applies at sanitary/storm crossings.
W-4: 6 IN concrete cover on all four sides of sewer; 2,500 PSI at 28 days; sand cushion below conflict pipe and backfill above. Pipe diameter and number of applicable crossings remain plan-dependent.
W-6: 24 x 24 x 6 IN concrete collar; tracer-test box located 4 IN from each shown edge; engraved brass disk 3 IN diameter epoxied to pad.
W-6: Disk records GV/BFV, turns to open/close, year installed and COB. Lid marked WATER and painted Rust-Oleum safety blue.
W-6: 36 IN minimum depth shown; cover to operating nut over 30 IN requires cast/ductile-iron valve-box extension and stainless operator extension/anchor bolt; match box-lid color.
W-6: Continuous THHN #10 insulated copper with steel core laid valve-box to valve-box. Approved Copperhead reinforced tracer products: Soloshot EHS or Superflex. Magnetized tracer box such as SnakePit concrete/driveway type.
W-6: Do not twist wire splices; approved SnakeBite connectors. Color code blue for water. Adjustable cast-iron box and restrained valve joints per schedule.

BROKEN CHAINS & PLAN ISSUES
CIV-C20 · Blank sanitary sheet in supplied set
C-20 contains only its border/title block. Dale authorized recording the exception and continuing; dependent sanitary quantities remain unresolved, not zero.
CIV-NUM · Index and title-block numbering disagree
The PDF skips designation C-14 and ends at C-21 despite a 20-sheet cover index. Omission versus numbering error is unconfirmed.
C17-SEPARATION · Water separation requirements differ between details
W-24 shows 18-inch potable/sewer crossing separation; W-1/W-2/W-3 show conditional 6/12-inch values, while W-4 triggers encasement below 18 inches. Preserve each requirement and obtain the governing detail before installation.
C17-W12 · Referenced restraint detail W-12 not located
Vertical-offset notes refer to W-12; supplied water sheets show W-5 restraint chart but no detail labeled W-12. Do not assume equivalence.
