TAKEOFF / SOURCE COUNTS

Select a row for its source and quantity basis.

AREAS / LENGTHS

Select a quantity to show its source boundary.

ASSEMBLIES / RECONCILIATION

Laundry counter / shelves

4ft counter; high shelf 5ft6; low shelf 2ft. Laminate all exposed surfaces unless otherwise noted, scribe to wall, metal brackets and blocking. Counter, shelf faces and edges are distinct quantities.

Curtain rod

Stainless rod under shelving. Combined 7.5LF is a nominal allowance; height transitions and end offsets require shop drawings.

Window perch

Counter and modesty panel with finished exposed edges, five shown support frames of 2x1in powder-coated steel tube, concealed site fasteners. ST-01/PL assignment and depth need clarification.

Perch furniture / power

Eight shown stools and four specified surface-mounted outlet boxes, Byrne Electrical Burele or equal as printed. Coordinate seat height for 8–10in minimum leg clearance and electrical internals/circuiting.

PLAN NOTES / REFERENCES

Printed 3/4 inch = 1 foot; 40 normalized px/ft checked against laundry shelf and counter. Small connection details are separately enlarged; explicit dimensions govern.

One laundry casework assembly and one window perch repeat across plan, elevation and section. Eight stool outlines and four required outlet boxes are recorded once.

Perch run/area are provisional traces because overall length is not dimensioned and section depth needs reconciliation. Shelf/counter surfaces overlap in plan at different heights and remain different actual components.

Laundry section: counter 2ft10 AFF, 1ft8 depth, 1-1/2in thickness, 2in fascia; shelf 1ft3 depth and 3/4in thickness. Brackets 48in OC maximum; wood blocking required.

Takeoff/source review only. No estimate import or Mason Project Brain synchronization is represented by this sheet. Reconcile repeated assets before aggregating quantities.

BROKEN CHAINS & PLAN ISSUES

A711-I01 · Perch finish assignment unresolved

South elevation contains ST-01 finish tag at the counter assembly; section explicitly calls LAMINATE COUNTER / PL and laminate privacy panel. Confirm exactly which element ST-01 governs before choosing stone or laminate pricing.

A711-I02 · Laundry plan/elevation orientation requires registration

Guest laundry plan shows 2 ft short shelf left of the main counter/high shelf; north elevation places short shelf to the right. Confirm plan orientation and actual wall location before fabrication.

A711-I03 · Perch plan depth does not reconcile with section

At40px/ft, counter plan depth is approximately18 in. Section gives19 in clear between support faces plus tubing/end construction. These cannot describe the same overall18 in depth; overall width requires clarification.

A711-I04 · No perch overall length dimension

Counter run and derived area are scaled provisional takeoff. Confirm dimensioned fabrication length and project location; do not multiply multiple view counts.

A711-I05 · Curtain rod lengths and shelf blocking

Rod note applies in plan but shelves occur at different heights. Rod segmentation, end offsets and blocking lengths not dimensioned;7.5LF is a nominal allowance only.

A711-I06 · Support and clearance coordination

Five support frames shown; tube2x1in, concealed site attachment, blocking and8-10in stool leg clearance require fabrication coordination. No structural load rating/anchorage schedule is provided on this sheet.
