A2.15 · TAKEOFF

LEGEND REFERENCES

Select a row for its source and quantity basis.

AREAS / LENGTHS

Legend only: no installed quantities or construction areas.

ASSEMBLIES / RECONCILIATION

Reference use

Definitions identify source types. Legend symbols have no installed quantity or measurable construction footprint.

Guestroom assemblies

Bed bases, mattresses and skirts/wraps are components of a bed. Do not count them as additional whole beds.

Material specifications

Finish abbreviations and suffixes identify separate products/fields; selected products and installation methods require external specifications.

PLAN NOTES / REFERENCES

Legend sheet only: no installed counts or measured construction areas.

Printed 1/4 inch scale accompanies enlarged legends; do not derive fixture dimensions from legend glyphs.

Separate FF&E specifications and color/materials manuals are required.

Electrical outlets must fit partitioned millwork sections. Stagger outlets while maintaining depicted relative positions.

BROKEN CHAINS & PLAN ISSUES

REF-01 · Legend samples are not project quantities

Every marked entry here is REF. Source examples and the GR-304–316 range never add to room, fixture or equipment totals.

BC-01 · GR-208 is deleted

Legend explicitly says DELETED. A2.12–A2.14 still show two GR-208 callouts each, retained as REF. Reconcile other room sheets before any lighting procurement.

BC-02 · Missing numbered guestroom keynotes

This sheet provides furniture, finish and power/signal legends, but does not define all numbered guestroom keynotes such as 18/19/26. Those classifications remain open.

BC-03 · Separate product manuals

PT/PL/ST/SF/CPT/T/WC and other abbreviations are material categories, not selected products. Finish codes with suffixes remain separate; do not merge base and field products.

BC-04 · Millwork / electrical coordination

Outlet location and staggering must be coordinated to actual millwork partitions, factory power modules and field rough-in before assembly ordering.

BC-05 · Room asset reconciliation

One mattress, base and wrap/ADA skirt are separate components of the same bed. Motorized/standard shades and accessible/standard casegoods remain distinct types.

SYNC · Mason Brain / estimate transfer

Saved takeoff pages are not proof of Mason Brain or estimate synchronization. No verified transfer is claimed; preserve source, alternative and reconciliation status.
