SEPARATE ASSEMBLIES

Walls / finish faces

Retain all A0.2 wall-type variants. Construction runs are separate from two-sided finish faces. Gross faces need opening, casegoods and base deductions.

Carpet / tile / base

CPT-01 and CPT-02 portions sum to combined carpet; combined rows are alternate totals. Tile fields exclude source fixture footprint where noted. CPT-01.1/T-01.1 base, substrate, adhesive, grout and waste separate.

Ceilings / soffits

PT-07 horizontal coverage distinct from floor finishes. Ceiling device circles are source symbols until schedules resolve product types. Vertical soffit/partition heights follow overall RCP.

Casegoods / FF&E

Bed components, working-wall modules, lamps, curtains and shades reconcile to parent room. Repeated references are not extra procurement quantities.

Bathroom / openings

Standard shower pans and accessible tub remain separate. Doors count by physical location. Grab bars, seat, fixture trim, backing and waterproofing require selected bath details.

MEP / devices

Bedroom and living elevation device locations kept separate. Reconcile smoke/horn, thermostats, circuits, sprinkler variants and factory furniture power with trade schedules.

PLAN NOTES / REFERENCES

Small floor plan: printed 1/4 inch = 1 foot. Large composite views dimension-checked near 3/8 inch; no adjacent printed scale label. Elevations: printed 3/8 inch = 1 foot.

Working-wall installation starts at refrigerator hold, proceeds along wall; final closet rod scribed and kitchen casegoods align with outside bathroom corner.

Demising wall thickness varies with wall type; reference A0.2 types separately.

Align wall devices at soffit centerline; outlets must fit millwork partitions.

Full-tile starts and CPT-01 / CPT-02 installation pattern require separate material/product specifications.

Ceiling heights shown 8 feet and 7 feet 3 inches; ground-floor heights refer to overall ceiling plans.

All original text, numbered tags, dimensions and reference locations preserved in source register.

NO FINISHES UNDER TUB.

Three openings: entry, bathroom, connecting. Two entry viewers at source 5-foot and 4-foot-2-inch heights.

Source reach and latch limits retained, including 4-foot maximum shelf/top-of-latch notes; counts are not an accessibility compliance certification.

BROKEN CHAINS & PLAN ISSUES

BC-01 · Mixed scales / unlabeled large views

Small floor plan explicitly 1/4 inch; elevations explicitly 3/8 inch. Large furniture/finish/RCP views have no separate printed scale label but dimensions support approximately 20 normalized pixels per foot. Widths compare against minimum dimensions, not exact controlling dimensions. Confirm original large-view scale before procurement; never apply small-plan scale to large details.

BC-02 · Deleted GR-208 still called out

Two GR-208 source callouts remain on this sheet, but A2.15 says DELETED. Keep both as REF and resolve actual lighting design; do not order two fixtures from obsolete tags.

BC-03 · Room and repeated-view reconciliation

One depicted suite type. Two queen beds comprise separate headboards, mattress sets, bases and wraps/skirts; those component counts do not mean additional beds. Furniture in small floor and ceiling views repeats tagged FF&E. Match actual floor room IDs before multiplying.

BC-04 · Missing product and numbered-key definitions

A2.15 resolves furniture/material abbreviations, not full product/color specifications or every numbered keynote. CPT-01/02 pattern portions, CPT-01.1/T-01.1 base, SF/WC/PT/PL/ST finishes and ceiling key18/19 need their authoritative schedules.

BC-05 · Walls / net surfaces / soffits

Gross wall faces and clear floor fields are separate from construction wall LF. Preserve A0.2 wall variants; deduct openings, built-ins and base breaks. Vertical soffit faces and ground-floor heights need overall RCP coordination.

BC-06 · Switching reference does not identify a circuit plan

Source directs switching to an electrical plan, sometimes says on this sheet; this sheet shows architectural composites, not a verified circuit/switch-leg plan. Resolve electrical destination and circuiting; retain actual source symbols without inferring scheduled fixture products.

BC-07 · Field rough-in vs furniture factory power

Reconcile duplex/quad/TV/phone/data/WAP and integrated modules to actual electrical rough-in. Source plates show components, not independently summable device boxes. Optional provisions and GFI designations require selected electrical schedule.

BC-08 · Source geometry and quantity basis

Carpet CPT-01/02 follows the actual jagged PDF boundary. Combined rows are alternate totals; gross room envelopes, components and deductions are not additive. Approximate traces exclude identified fixture footprints but retain built-in footprints pending installation requirements.

BC-09 · Mason Brain / estimate transfer

These takeoff pages do not prove an estimate import or Mason Brain synchronization. Preserve parent/type/source keys; no verified transfer or project multiplier is claimed.

PI-01 · Accessible tub and two vanity shelf pieces

This source explicitly says NO FINISHES UNDER TUB and tags 906 tub/shower curtain. Branched GR-324 leader points to two shelf pieces. Four shown bar runs and tub interior support/seat graphic require the selected accessible bath detail and backing; no shower-pan substitution.

PI-02 · Accessible components and connecting opening

Two accessible queen bases/skirts, motorized shade, ADA divider and closet drapery are separate from standard room components. GR-03 connecting opening is shown even though title is simply Queen Queen ADA; include it with entry and bath.

BC-10 · Reference 3/A-412

RCP references 3/A-412. No literal A-412 title block found in the supplied architectural set; A4.1/A4.2 numbering is not proof of a match. Resolve the referenced detail.
