Bradenton exterior finish review

Controlling elevation: A4.1 · 90% CD · April 30, 2025

The architectural drawings control the facade layout. Dale’s Home2 photographs guide the appearance of materials where the reviewed documents give ranges rather than selected products. This page records what is supported and what remains to be resolved.

ElementDrawing requirementCurrent 3D treatment
EX-1 · CoreA4.1: medium earth-toned value, 40–60%; medium/coarse texture, directional relief. Several material options listed.Light warm gray with continuous horizontal course relief following the latest supplied rendering. Course spacing and product are illustrative; final material and paint code not located.
EX-2 · WrapA4.1: light/medium smooth finish, minimum 12″ proud of core. A6.2 shows 1′-0″ roof projection.Off-white frames, 12″ projection; individual fields read from elevation hatches.

EX-5 · Accent bandA4.1: minimum 2″ projection; smooth, continuous; match or complement window/door frame colors. A6.2 shows floor junction.Projecting dark gray bands within core fields, following the latest supplied rendering. Exact band color remains a selection.
EX-6 · SupportA4.1: substantial tile, cut/cast stone, decorative masonry or brick; light/medium natural value.Muted brown/plum running-bond brick appearance from Dale’s selected rendering in identified base zones. The 240 × 80 mm module is representative; exact product and module remain unselected.
EX-7 · CanopyA4.1 key 4 and materials table: dark painted steel, clear-stained T&G wood soffit, roof membrane matching main roof.Steel columns, fascia and side beams, individual wood soffit planks, white membrane. Projection needs final dimension reconciliation.
EX-8 · BeaconA4.1: PMS 383 C / BM 398 Flower Power. Green REVEAL above and behind KEEP; recessed BEAM extends to ground.Green back element, higher reveal and vertical recess. Screen color is approximate.
Guestroom windowsA8.1: 6′-0″ wide, 6′-0″ glass height; 1′-3″ integral louver; glass sill 1′-8″ AFF. Level 1 note gives 7′-0¾″ height.Dark frames, neutral reflective glazing, visible louvers. Upper window stacks traced separately on all four elevations. End windows require scheduled sizes.
Heights / roofA4.1: roof 51′-4″, typical parapet 54′-4″. Note 33 qualifies heights by final construction. A6.1 specifies white roofing.Named roof/parapet levels retained. Beacon and KEEP heights are scaled estimates. Rooftop equipment source predates architecture.

Selected side · 1/A4.2

East end revised independently: four aligned upper windows, six-pane ground-floor storefront with horizontal rails, two doors, and the broad right-hand EX-2 surround traced from the supplied elevation. Horizontal siding courses have physical lap relief; course dimensions remain representative until a product is selected. Use the East and Facade depths camera controls to inspect alignment and projection.

Facade depth study

Window glass sits 3″ behind the siding face. Gray accent bands project 2″ beyond siding; white surrounds project another 10″, totaling the A4.1 minimum 12″ beyond the core. The green reveal is about 8″ behind the charcoal KEEP. Window and green recess depths are provisional visual settings guided by Dale’s reference. Finish layers are modeled with physical openings and jambs.

Items preventing an exact final match

Approved exterior finish submittals and selected non-green colors; sign shop drawings; final canopy and raised tower dimensions; end-window schedule reconciliation; and confirmation of civil-to-architectural footprint registration. These remain open rather than being represented as verified selections.

The parking and pool area remains a flat illustrative image. It has no modeled curbs, grading, pool depth or independent site materials yet; that limits realism in low camera views.

Orientation

A2.1 elevation markers identify 1/A4.1 as the entrance and pool side (parking-facing in the current lot layout); 2/A4.2 is the opposite long face. A3.1 is the first-floor reflected ceiling plan.
