Model basis & open coordination

Working architectural model, not a surveyed or construction-ready model. A2.6 roof outline traced at its printed scale; A4.1–A4.2 and A5.1–A5.2 supply five floor levels, roof 51′-4″ and typical parapet 54′-4″. The elevations qualify heights as construction-dependent.

Facade fields and window stacks traced from all four A4.1–A4.2 elevations. Typical window dimensions follow A8.1 (6′ wide, 6′ glass height, 1′-3″ louver). End-window widths, canopy projection and raised beacon height remain scaled or representative pending dimension reconciliation. Light warm siding, off-white surrounds, charcoal and brown/plum brick colors follow supplied Home2 reference photos; exact products and non-green paint codes are not selected in the reviewed sheets. EX-8 names PMS 383 C / BM 398 Flower Power; screen color is an approximation. M2.5 equipment predates the architectural set.

Exterior finish review and source drawings

All core fields now use modeled horizontal siding courses. Selected east end: a single four-window stack, six-pane storefront, two ground-floor doors and three stepped right-hand wall planes aligned to 1/A4.2 and the traced architectural footprint. White cladding follows both corner returns instead of bridging them with a flat panel. Siding course size and relief are visual approximations pending product selection.

Depth study: glazing recessed 3″; gray bands 2″ beyond siding; white frames another 10″ forward (12″ beyond core); green sits about 8″ behind the charcoal KEEP. Band and wrap minima follow A4.1. Glazing and green offsets are provisional visual settings. The raised sign feature now returns over the roof on both sides; its roofward depth is scaled from the supplied end elevation and awaits dimensional confirmation.

Pool courtyard: 45′ × 13′ basin, equipment room 015, restroom 017, enclosing walls, gates, and grilling trellis traced from A2.1 and A6.3. Trellis: 12′-7″ span and 8′-11¾″ height. Brick half-wall remains 32″ with fencing to 6′-3″ overall per visual direction. Room heights, gate hardware, pool depth, and furniture profiles are provisional.

The default base is the reviewed, image-edited C-3 preview with trees and shadows reduced. The unaltered C-3 Existing Conditions Plan remains selectable for reference. Cleanup is illustrative and does not establish hidden site geometry. A uniform scale, rotation and translation align corresponding property corners for review; the sheet is not warped. Approximate corner fit has a 0.9 m RMS difference, so model-to-civil alignment remains unresolved. The previous generated illustration is available only for comparison. No model geometry was moved for this trial. Revision 143 is preserved as the approved geometry checkpoint. The realistic presentation adds outdoor reflection lighting, surface texture and roughness without moving geometry. Procedural finish detail is visible in this viewer; GLB exports retain the base materials. All 3D geometry is exportable in meters.
