DRAINAGE: Storm network is traced structure-to-structure - The main and branch centerlines are saved at the printed scale. Pipe sizes and hidden chamber manifolds are not inferred where C-9 does not print them legibly.
IMPERVIOUS: Use the exact printed area schedule - The proposed impervious summary totals 62,089.67 SF (1.43 AC), including buildings, walks, parking/drives and pool.
STORAGE: Underground chamber design depends on later details - C-9 identifies one underground storage chamber system and refers to details without a sheet/detail number.
GRADING: Every printed spot elevation remains visible - Spot elevations and contours are retained on the source. They define grading but are not added together as a quantity.
